The Role: Wealth Manager, Real Estate Investment
Bayut KSA is seeking a Wealth Manager, Real Estate Investment to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary plus commission. The primary objective of this role is to generate revenue by facilitating real estate investments in KSA for international investors from their respective base countries. The Wealth Manager will focus on attracting High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and institutional clients seeking to expand their wealth through the KSA real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for HNWI in their base countries in coordination with the marketing department.
- Manage the lead lifecycle, including qualification, nurturing, and closing deals for investors interested in KSA real estate assets.
- Establish key partnerships with investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other lead sources to ensure a consistent flow of potential buyers.
- Identify and participate in investor events, roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences in target base countries, coordinating with the KSA Headquarters.
- Provide end-to-end advisory services for real estate investment in KSA, ensuring a seamless client experience and offering consultation on exit strategies when required.
- Act as a resident representative for Bayut, undertaking special projects related to commercial, regulatory, and financial areas as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales or partnership management.
- Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Sales Executive with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven experience working effectively with High Net Worth Clients.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial avenues and a deep understanding of market services/products and real estate sales.
