About the Role

Kayan Recruitment LLC is seeking a dedicated Wellness Specialist to join a reputable clinic in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to a premium client experience through holistic wellness programs. The Wellness Specialist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive wellness services, focusing on preventive health and non-medical therapeutic treatments. This role requires a commitment to upholding the highest standards of client care, adhering to all relevant regulations set by the Ministry of Health, and ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic wellness programs, including lifestyle coaching, recovery therapies, and relaxation treatments.
• Conduct proper client assessments within the defined scope of practice.
• Obtain informed consent from clients where applicable.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate and confidential session documentation in alignment with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
• Guide clients on lifestyle improvement strategies, stress management techniques, and recovery methods.
• Ensure the safe operation of all wellness equipment.
• Coordinate with medical teams when necessary to provide integrated client care.
• Contribute to delivering a premium client experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess relevant qualifications and hands-on expertise in wellness, preventive health, and non-medical therapeutic services.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a client-centered approach when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to build trust, motivate clients, and maintain professional relationships.
• Knowledge of health and wellness principles, including lifestyle management, preventive health, and behavior change strategies.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain wellness concepts and provide actionable guidance.
• Understanding of exercise physiology and practical experience in designing safe, evidence-based activity plans for diverse populations.
• Experience in healthcare, fitness centers, corporate wellness, or community health programs is considered an advantage.
• Must be an Arabic/English speaker.
• A relevant certification or degree in wellness, exercise science, sports science, nutrition, public health, or a related field is required.
