Al-Imkan Real Estate Solutions Company announces the availability of a Real Estate Finance Sales Specialist position to work within the sales team.

Job Duties:

• Receiving potential customers and communicating with them via phone and WhatsApp.
• Understanding the customer's real estate and financing needs and providing the appropriate solution.
• Collecting basic customer data such as salary, commitments, employer, and type of property required.
• Following up with customers daily until the procedure is completed.
• Accurately entering and updating customer data in the CRM system.
• Coordinating with management and the finance team to follow up on requests.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining communication quality and adhering to follow-up schedules.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience in real estate or real estate finance is preferred.
• High communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to continuously follow up with customers.
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems or data entry.
• Discipline, seriousness, and ability to withstand work pressure.
• Politeness and good customer interaction.
