About the Warehouse Supervisor Role

KARNAF FACTORY FOR CHEMICAL PRODUCTS is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join its logistics team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an organized and diligent individual committed to upholding safety standards within a manufacturing environment. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Core Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Key duties include managing the receiving of raw materials and the accurate shipping of final chemical products. This role is critical in maintaining the smooth flow of goods within the factory.

Inventory Management and Organization

A primary focus of this position is maintaining precise inventory control. This involves continuously monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and ensuring all inventory data is accurately reflected in the system. The supervisor is also responsible for organizing the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, maintain ease of access to all materials, and optimize space utilization.

Safety and Reporting

Adherence to strict safety procedures is paramount, especially concerning the handling of chemical products. The Warehouse Supervisor must ensure all operations are conducted in a safe manner, protecting both personnel and materials. Additionally, the role requires the preparation and submission of daily operational reports to management, providing clear insights into warehouse activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess Saudi nationality. A high school diploma or a diploma in a relevant field is required. The role demands 5-10 years of work experience, with a preference for prior experience in manufacturing or with chemical products. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software is essential. Basic English language skills are also necessary. The ability to organize tasks effectively and manage work under pressure is a key requirement.
