About the Investor Support Consultant Role

ASAS for Developing & Operating Industrial Cities is seeking an Investor Support Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual to provide essential support and communication to investors, ensuring a high standard of service. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Investor Support Consultant will be the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, focusing on delivering distinguished service. This involves managing communications, tracking interactions, and ensuring smooth information flow between relevant parties. The consultant will be responsible for informing investors about the status of their cases and assisting them with various processes.

• Respond to incoming calls directed to the designated investor support line.
• Provide distinguished service by adhering to established communication standards.
• Engage with investors to address their inquiries and concerns.
• Follow up on discussions, track interactions, and record them accurately within the system.
• Facilitate and enhance communication between internal departments and investors.
• Update investors on the status of their current and past cases.
• Ensure adherence to quality requirements to meet investor expectations.
• Assist investors with the registration of their electronic applications.
• Process and send invoices and cash receipts.
• Provide financial support to existing investors and help resolve issues related to products or services.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this role must meet specific educational, personal, and professional criteria to ensure suitability for the position.

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma is preferred.
• Must be of Saudi nationality.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be physically and bodily compatible for the role.
• Must possess good conduct and behavior.

Required Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities essential for effective investor support.

• Good customer service skills.
• Proficiency in verbal communication.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in Chinese.
