Job Description

نبحث عن ممثل مبيعات ذو خبرة واسعة لقيادة وإدارة العمليات اليومية للفرع وضمان تحقيق الأهداف المالية والتشغيلية المحددة. المرشح المثالي سيكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على فريق العمل وتطوير أدائهم، وضع وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التجارية، إدارة العلاقات مع العملاء، ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لضمان جودة الخدمة المقدمة. يتطلب هذا المنصب مهارات قيادية قوية، القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية تحت الضغط، وخبرة مثبتة في إدارة الفرق والعمليات التجارية.
