About the Role
Join ABM as a Regional Manager. In this crucial role, you will ensure that all business operations within the region are conducted efficiently and effectively, satisfying all stakeholders including sponsors, customers, partners, and employees.

Role Purpose
To ensure successful operations and satisfaction across all business connections within the region.

Job Accountabilities & Activities
Planning & Development:
- Develop and implement robust business strategies with General Manager (GM) and Functional Manager (FM) based on comprehensive market analysis.
- Drive action plans with first-line managers focused on pricing, inventory, marketing, and suppliers.
- Expand market share and explore new opportunities to ensure adequate coverage of all market segments.
- Conduct monthly performance review meetings with managers to discuss performance and new business initiatives.

Operations:
- Set and monitor both financial and non-financial targets for all operational functions.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate employees while ensuring that Saudization targets are met.
- Monitor receivables for prompt collections.
- Review monthly KPIs and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Oversee regional operations and collaborate with the head office regarding finance, admin, sales, and inventory management.
- Conduct annual performance reviews to manage employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and guidelines.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and quarterly business reports.
- Maintain high employee motivation, customer satisfaction, and a positive working environment.
- Achieve sales performance targets for annual sales teams.

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.

Required Years of Experience
- A minimum of 8-9 years of managing people and significant business operations is necessary.
