About the Role

LiuGong Machinery is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing customer relationships within the construction and infrastructure sectors, specifically targeting major contractors, infrastructure projects, and key accounts in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors in Riyadh.
• Conduct proactive visits to construction companies, infrastructure contractors, and key project customers, building rapport with decision-makers such as owners, procurement managers, and project managers.
• Identify sales opportunities from major projects, equipment purchases, and replacement needs, continuously developing new business.
• Expand customer coverage and sales share by developing new customers and deepening engagement with existing key accounts.
• Provide suitable construction machinery products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the complete sales process, including customer development, needs identification, product recommendation, quotation, commercial negotiation, and order closing.
• Continuously follow up on key projects and equipment purchase/replacement requirements, submitting regular sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and market information.
• Collect information on industry trends, competitors, and market pricing to support the company’s product and sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and key account development targets set by the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related fields are preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in construction machinery or a related industry.
• Demonstrated sales experience with customers or projects in the construction or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with leading construction machinery companies such as XCMG, SANY, or Zoomlion is preferred.
• Strong sales performance with the ability to provide representative major-project sales cases.
• Strong new customer development and key account relationship management capabilities.
• Good commercial negotiation, communication, and project execution skills.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market; local customer resources are preferred.
• Hold a valid Saudi driving license and be able to accommodate frequent customer visits and business travel.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires frequent customer visits and business travel within the region to meet sales objectives and manage key accounts effectively.
