We are looking for dedicated Saudi nationals to efficiently manage cash and card transactions while providing excellent customer service. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves a five-day work week.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers with professionalism and providing friendly service.
• Executing sales transactions through Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ensuring accurate billing and handling various payment methods (cash, card, etc.).
• Issuing receipts and helping organize shopping bags.
• Daily cash drawer review to ensure alignment with reports.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the cashier area.
• Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, escalating to supervisors if necessary.
• Adhering to financial and operational policies of the company.
• Collaborating with the team to meet sales and customer service objectives.
• Reporting any suspicious activities or cash discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a supermarket.
• Ability to use POS systems effectively.
