Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving sales targets through effective product presentations and negotiations. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with the sales team to implement strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, maintaining detailed records in our CRM system, providing excellent customer service, and representing our company at industry events and trade shows.

• Provide administrative support, including drafting and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
• Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
• Assist with office supply management.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.

• Proven experience as a Secretary or in an administrative support role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and assisting with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash register area.
• Assist with inventory restocking to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Monitor and report any shortages in cash register supplies.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 01 years of experience in cash handling or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.
