Join us to be part of a supportive and inspiring work environment aimed at empowering each beneficiary to achieve their full potential. * Knowledge of the beneficiary's medical and psychological history and follow-up on any developments or changes. * Application of official and unofficial scales used within the department with all beneficiaries. * Preparation of the daily schedule for beneficiaries. * Training the beneficiary according to the followed plan and adhering to the specified time and areas. * Following educational methods in reinforcement and behavior modification. * Application of the visual schedule according to its correct form. * Performance development by attending workshops and scientific courses. * Preparation of educational materials that serve the training program and directed activities. * Cooperation with the psychologist in writing clinic reports and submitting them to the supervisor within the specified time. * Application of behavior modification strategies and development of social and independent skills. * Cooperation with parents and the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best results.
