About the Role:
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for achieving the company’s growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution within their designated area. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and providing guidance to a team of salesmen while adhering to company operational policies.
• Ensuring the highest sales and merchandising standards are maintained.
• Conducting performance reviews and effective endorsement sessions with salesmen and assistant salesmen on a daily basis.
• Setting and reviewing sales targets to ensure that objectives are met.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Possession of a diploma.
