Job Purpose:
Manage and support the execution of residential B2B development activities by coordinating with third-party partners, maintaining partner data, and providing effective support for international residential sales.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate international brokerage and referral partners, supporting their identification, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
  • Maintain accurate partner records, contracts, profiles, and transaction data within CRM systems.
  • Support partner enablement activities, including training logistics and materials preparation.
  • Track partner activity, leads, and residential sales pipeline updates while ensuring reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports on partner engagement, lead flow, and conversion trends.
  • Assist in incentive tracking and commission coordination with finance and sales teams.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve partner-related operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with partner governance frameworks for international transactions.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Market-recognized certification in real estate or business development is preferred.

Technical Competencies:
  • Advanced knowledge of residential market and product research.
  • Expertise in business development operations and pipeline support.
  • Proficiency in B2B partner coordination and enablement.
  • Skilled in CRM and sales data management.
  • Intermediate sales performance tracking and growth reporting.
  • Experience with partner contract and transaction documentation.
