The Role
As a Barber, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Men’s Grooming Services: Deliver high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming rituals tailored to individual guest preferences.
• Guest Experience & Personalization: Conduct consultations to understand guest needs, maintain a serene grooming environment, and build rapport through attentive service.
• Salon Standards & Operations: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tools and work areas, follow health and safety protocols, and assist in upselling services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Additional Services & Events: Support VIP requests and special occasions, collaborating with team members for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Barber with formal training and at least 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in diverse grooming techniques and styles.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

• Strong barbering skills with attention to detail.

• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including disinfecting tools and equipment after each use.
• Appointment Management: Manage appointment schedules, ensuring timely service and minimal wait times for guests.
