The Role of Butler

As a Butler, you will provide personalized, attentive, and professional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality. You will be responsible for creating memorable and bespoke experiences, anticipating guest needs, and delivering seamless, luxurious service while maintaining the high standards of Red Sea Global Hospitality.

Guest Relations and Service Delivery

• Provide personalized service to guests, handling all requests with care and attention.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by offering tailored services that enhance their stay.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, introduce them to their rooms, and ensure their comfort.
• Record and consistently meet guest preferences, including room temperature, amenities, and dining choices.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ranging from room service to transportation.
• Offer recommendations for dining, activities, and local experiences.
• Provide a full range of personalized services, including packing/unpacking luggage and assisting with reservations.
• Ensure guest room amenities are replenished and special requests are handled discreetly.
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages professionally, adhering to guest preferences.
• Assist guests with personal shopping or special arrangements with discretion.
• Coordinate special requests or events, such as private dinners or in-room celebrations.

Communication and Guest Satisfaction

• Maintain effective communication with all departments, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office.
• Update guest preference profiles and ensure all team members are aware of special requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Anticipate guest needs by staying informed about any changes to schedules or preferences.
• Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints with tact, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with accommodations and services.
• Conduct special activities or surprises for guests as needed to create memorable moments.

Operational Standards and Compliance

• Maintain a clean and organized butler station, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Assist with the daily preparation of guest rooms, ensuring amenities are stocked and rooms are pristine.
• Oversee the rooming and check-out processes, ensuring smooth guest departures.
• Work in partnership with Housekeeping to ensure room setups and turndown service meet guest preferences.
• Adhere to all resort and safety protocols, delivering service in a safe and respectful manner.
• Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards when handling food and beverages.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar butler or luxury hospitality role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide personalized and attentive service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver service with discretion and professionalism.
