BAE Systems Saudi Arabia operates as the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor, fulfilling Government-to-Government agreements to provide equipment, support, and training to Saudi Arabia. Hawk AGE Technician Role Overview

The Hawk AGE Technician is a full-time position based in Tabuk, responsible for the inspection, operation, maintenance, and repair of all Hawk Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE). This role is critical in ensuring that all necessary resources are available and serviceable to support flying operations, thereby guaranteeing the delivery of serviceable aircraft to meet contractual operational and flying commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, operate, maintain, and repair all Hawk Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE).
  • Ensure the availability and serviceability of resources to support flying operations.
  • Deliver serviceable aircraft to accomplish contractual operational and flying commitments.
  • Adhere to RSAF Policies and procedures, M&CA Mandates, and directives from Direct Supervisors and the Base Maintenance Manager.
  • Identify and rectify faults, and contribute to maintenance scheduling and planning.
  • Ensure effective delivery of BAE Systems AGE maintenance support to meet RSAF requirements.
  • Provide support to the Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) for the delivery of serviceable ground equipment.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture during fault finding, repair, and delivery of serviceable assets.
  • Provide accurate and current information to the AGE Supervisor to ensure schedule adherence and resolve maintenance issues.

Reporting Structure and Decision-Making

The Hawk AGE Technician reports directly to the RSAF Policies and procedures, M&CA Mandates, Direct Supervisors, and the Base Maintenance Manager. The role may involve making decisions related to fault identification, rectification, and aspects of maintenance scheduling and planning.

Compensation and Benefits for Expatriate Employees
