About the Role:
As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Grand Millennium Tabuk Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Housekeeping with the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department. Your leadership will guide a dedicated multicultural team, maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect work regularly to maintain cleanliness standards and adjust schedules based on occupancy levels.
  • Supervise cleaning tasks and maintain accurate records while inspecting rooms and public areas.
  • Identify maintenance needs and coordinate with Engineering and Front Office teams.
  • Manage uniform standards and ensure proper attire for the team.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of housekeeping staff.
  • Collaborate on standard operating procedures and budget planning.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Implement safety and security measures within the department.
  • Encourage a positive work environment to boost team morale and productivity.
