Are you ready to embark on a rewarding career in real estate? At التطوير الشامل للتطوير العقاري, we are looking for passionate individuals to market off-plan properties and engage potential clients. Your primary role will involve:
  • Marketing real estate projects through off-plan sales to potential customers.
  • Welcoming clients to our sales center and providing detailed explanations of projects and offers.
  • Analyzing client needs and proposing suitable real estate solutions.
  • Completing reservation processes and documenting contracts via official platforms such as 'سكني' and 'وافي'.
  • Aiming to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Building sustainable relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, finance, customer service) to ensure an integrated customer experience.
  • Updating the customer database and tracking stages of real estate closing.

Requirements:
  • Experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan projects.
  • Knowledge of housing ministry regulations and the Wafi platform.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to work within a team and meet targets.
