Role Overview: Hygiene Officer

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a Hygiene Officer to ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation across its property in Umluj, Tabuk. This full-time role is essential for maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, contributing to operational excellence and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards throughout the property.
• Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits in all food preparation and service areas.
• Monitor and maintain HACCP procedures and food safety management systems.
• Coordinate routine microbiological and water quality testing as required.
• Conduct hygiene and food safety training sessions for team members.
• Investigate hygiene-related incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain hygiene records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with the Culinary, Stewarding, and Food & Beverage teams to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
• Support pre-opening hygiene initiatives, audits, and operational readiness activities.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Hygiene Officer position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in hygiene and food safety management, preferably within the hospitality sector.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional hospitality standards.
