Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is a prominent organization seeking a Lead MEP Technical Office Manager to join its team. This role is integral to ensuring the technical excellence and compliance of construction projects within the company's portfolio.

Role Overview

The Lead MEP Technical Office Manager will be responsible for leading all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) technical activities across various construction projects. Based in Tabuk, with projects potentially in Umluj, this full-time position ensures that all MEP aspects adhere to approved designs, specifications, and relevant codes. The role involves overseeing critical technical documentation and coordination efforts from the technical office perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MEP Technical Office Engineers and other technical staff.
• Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings, IFC drawings, and as-built drawings, along with other technical submissions.
• Manage material submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), technical clarifications, and secure consultant approvals.
• Coordinate various MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, and BMS.
• Ensure effective coordination of MEP works with architectural, structural, civil, and other project disciplines.
• Identify and proactively resolve design clashes, constructability issues, and technical problems encountered on site.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Profound knowledge of MEP systems, BIM coordination, technical documentation, and construction practices.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position primarily based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with potential project assignments in Umluj.
