Job Purpose:
To operate and maintain the backhoe loader safely and efficiently in order to support construction, excavation, and loading activities. The role ensures timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to safety standards, minimizing equipment downtime, and contributing to the smooth execution of site operations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate backhoe loader to dig trenches, load materials, and perform site preparation.
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Follow safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Assist in loading/unloading materials as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a backhoe loader operator.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and machine maintenance.
  • Valid operator license.
