As a leading name in the optical and hearing care retail industry, we are looking for a motivated Sales Area Supervisor to manage and guide our sales team towards achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans.
- Monitor team performance and develop work plans.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, and take corrective measures as necessary.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Provide support and training to the sales team, focusing on professional sales techniques, customer service, body language, and post-sale service.
- Recommend annual staffing plans to HR for the sales management team.
- Suggest updates to reward and commission systems to drive sales.
- Conduct daily and periodic visits to affiliated branches.
- Organize regular meetings with the sales team.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle any complaints effectively.
- Enhance the receipt and delivery processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 57 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sales sector.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Valid driving license.
