About the Role

Fairmont The Red Sea, a new luxury destination in partnership with Red Sea Global, is seeking a Wellness Curator. As part of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, known for its timeless elegance and exceptional service, and in collaboration with Raffles Hotels & Resorts, recognized for heritage and refined glamour, this role contributes to a new era of destination hospitality in Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose

The Wellness Curator will deliver personalized and holistic wellness experiences in alignment with Raffles and Fairmont luxury brand standards. This involves combining service expertise, wellness knowledge, and guest engagement to enhance the spa and wellness journey and support operational efficiency within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional wellness consultations and recommend tailored treatments, activities, or wellness programs.
• Deliver service experiences aligned with luxury hospitality and Forbes standards.
• Build guest relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Provide personalized guidance on spa, fitness, and wellness experiences.
• Support the execution of wellness activities, workshops, and curated guest experiences.
• Assist in facilitating wellness initiatives designed by the Senior Wellness Manager.
• Recommend appropriate retail products aligned with guest needs and wellness goals.
• Support the upselling of spa services, wellness packages, and memberships.
• Support daily spa and wellness operations to ensure a smooth guest service flow.
• Maintain treatment rooms and wellness areas according to brand presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational protocols.
• Embody the values of elegance, authenticity, and intuitive guest service.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence within wellness facilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Wellness, Fitness, or Holistic Health.
• 1-2 years of experience in a luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of holistic wellness principles and consultation techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• English proficiency is required.
