About the Senior Security Manager Role

AECOM is seeking a Senior Security Manager to join our team in Neom, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview and Responsibilities

Under minimal supervision, the Senior Security Manager will be responsible for the most complex technical work across a range of environmental, health, and safety disciplines to ensure compliance with ES&H standards and federal/state regulatory requirements. This role requires maintaining expert knowledge of specific government agency requirements and utilizing advanced techniques and diversified knowledge of environmental principles. Assignments are typically self-initiated, requiring independent judgment and discretion in data analysis and problem resolution.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety and health programs, systems, and procedures.
  • Monitor and prevent hazards and diseases that could be present in the work area.
  • Investigate accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning workplace hazards.
  • Recommend improvements in processes, design, procedures, and operating equipment to minimize hazards.
  • Develop and conduct employee training and emergency preparedness programs, assuring their quality.
  • Provide regulatory interpretation and technical advice.
  • Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Undertake technical responsibility for a major phase or component of a project.
  • Act in a lead role for a team of ES&H specialists and/or support personnel.
