We are looking for a candidate with high experience and efficiency in the field of real estate sales, who has the ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets effectively.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the sales team and monitoring their performance on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets according to the strategic plan.
  • Preparing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase sales.
  • Enhancing customer relationships and building a sustainable customer base.
  • Monitoring sales operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer service.

Requirements:
  • At least five years of experience in sales, with at least two years in the real estate sector.

  • Good understanding of the local real estate market and modern sales methods.
  • High communication skills and ability to negotiate and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is considered an additional advantage.
