The Barber at Miraval The Red Sea plays a vital role in providing exceptional grooming services tailored specifically for our male guests. Located in the luxurious Men’s Grooming Lounge within the Life in Balance Spa, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest receives a personalized and relaxing grooming experience that aligns with Miraval's wellness philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional haircuts, beard trims, straight razor shaves, and grooming services.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic grooming environment.
  • Support and enhance guest satisfaction metrics through efficient service delivery.
  • Assist with special grooming requests and event preparations.
Qualifications:
  • Certified and licensed Barber with formal training.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury barbershop or grooming lounge.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong technical skills and a professional approach.
