About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and following up on the delivery of products and services required by the Resort. You will ensure purchases align with our procurement policies, budget standards, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase products and services as requested by departments.
• Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and obtain competitive quotes.
• Track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update system data.
• Assist with inventory management and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 12 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing systems (*, BirchStreet) is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

Become part of a prestigious pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a luxury resort dedicated to innovation and sustainability. As an AC & Refrigeration Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a comfortable environment by ensuring the efficient operation of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems including guestroom units, chillers, walk-in freezers, cold rooms, and ventilation systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC controls, compressors, fan coil units, and thermostats.
• Maintain refrigerant levels, replace parts, and ensure proper operation of systems.
• Support temperature and humidity controls in kitchens, cold storage, and laundry areas.
• Keep detailed records of all service and repair activities in line with local and Four Seasons standards.
• Ensure safe refrigerant handling according to environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with HVAC and refrigeration systems, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Strong technical knowledge in AC systems and ventilation.
• Refrigeration technician certification or HVAC license preferred.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC practices.
• Fluency in English is preferred; must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
