About the Role
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The Human Resource Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the Human Resources Manager in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees.
  • Experience in hotel-related operational positions is an advantage.
