Join Our Team as a Foreman, Electrical at Marafiq!
Are you looking to take your career to the next level? Marafiq, a leading integrated utility service provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a passionate and skilled Foreman, Electrical to oversee and enhance electrical maintenance activities in our PG Plant.

Job Purpose:
To execute and supervise electrical maintenance activities to improve the availability, maintainability, efficiency, and reliability of electrical equipment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the execution and follow-up of preventive, predictive, shutdown, and corrective maintenance works.
  • Plan annual inspections for all electrical equipment.
  • Coordinate with contractors and maintenance planning to ensure reliability of plant operations.
  • Prepare and ensure all maintenance procedures, work instructions, risk assessments, and method statements are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental control procedures.
  • Conduct toolbox talks before job execution.
  • Maintain and calibrate all electrical testing equipment.
  • Document all maintenance activities and prepare related reports.
  • Coach and guide subordinate technicians.
  • Supervise maintenance contractors’ activities.
  • Perform audits for tools and maintain accurate records.

Position Requirements:
Technical Electrical Engineering Diploma with a minimum of 1012 years’ experience in an electrical maintenance environment, preferably in a large industrial or power generation utilities setting. Experience with project management and SAP maintenance modules is a plus.
