• Monitor and review the return on investment for marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness.
• Participate in developing and maintaining the marketing budget.
• Create promotional materials and coordinate marketing activities.
• Maintain guest database for targeted marketing.
• Collaborate with the F&B department to promote our outlets effectively.
• Ensure all marketing content adheres to Corporate Identity guidelines.
• Conduct market analysis and competition checks regularly.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 34 years’ experience in hotel marketing or media agency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in the local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with creative software such as Photoshop or InDesign is advantageous.

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally skilled Principal Urban Designer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will tackle the design aspects of urban development at various levels, including city structure, urban form, specific area plans, and site planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing urban design plans and analyze urban design issues from city scale to lot scale.
• Prepare detailed reports and graphics concerning urban design aspects, including city image, site and building design, streetscape, and public art.
• Make formal and informal presentations to senior staff and committees.
• Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to resolve design-related issues.
• Evaluate developer/investor proposals and provide constructive feedback.
• Draft Specific Area Plans for localized developmental parts of the city.
• Assist in the formulation of Zoning Regulations and similar implementation measures.
• Convene and participate in project teams, offering insights to senior management on urban design factors.
• Prepare Technical Scope of Work for projects carried out by the Urban Design Unit.
• Complete any related tasks assigned by Urban Planning leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Urban Design.
• At least ten (10) years of relevant experience, particularly in urban design with a consulting company.
• International experience, especially in the Middle East, is an asset.
• Outstanding graphic and written communication skills with the ability to create independent reports and presentations.
• Proficient in developing conceptual urban design plans and working independently.
