You will be integral in driving organizational performance through effective recruitment, development, and engagement of a capable team, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Partner to support ambitious business objectives through an effective HR strategy.
• Provide coaching and support to the leadership team on organizational and people management issues.

• Drive employee engagement through communication and activities, addressing staff grievances proactively.
