Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell bank products and services to clients with the highest level of professionalism.
• Process customer orders for bank products and ensure proper entry into the system.
• Welcome clients upon arrival at the branch and assist them in completing necessary documentation.
• Guide clients in executing transactions through ATM machines or other electronic channels.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues as per operational guidelines.
• Distribute ATM cards and cheque books, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
• Implement customer service standards to meet branch performance targets collaboratively across teams (sales, service, compliance, etc.).

Qualifications:
• Diploma or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in banking branches is required.

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar environment (Data Centers / Critical Infrastructure).
  • Good knowledge of KSA HSE Legislative requirements.
  • Construction experience is a must.
  • Good working knowledge of English.
  • Relevant Health & Safety Membership (*, IOSH) is preferred.
