Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and execute improvement opportunities and action plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and supervise direct reports.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and ensure staff adherence to company policies.
  • Optimize resource allocation for timely completion of tasks.
  • Cascade operational priorities such as profitability, safety, and reliability to your team.
  • Implement corrective actions to mitigate operational issues.
  • Participate in risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and health policies.
  • Assist in training staff to enhance their skills and competencies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional certifications like Six Sigma or PMP are preferred.
