At Kerten Hospitality, we are dedicated to creating bespoke destinations and enriching community experiences. As the Head Chef for our Kaynuna Beach Club in Yanbu, you will lead a culinary team that serves exceptional dishes inspired by local ingredients and global trends. Your role involves:
  • Leadership: Oversee all culinary operations ensuring high standards in quality and presentation.
  • Menu Development: Curate seasonal menus that celebrate Italian culinary traditions while incorporating local produce.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations meet hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards.
  • Cost Management: Monitor food costs and inventory to optimize kitchen budget and efficiency.
In addition, you will:
  • Connect: Collaborate with the F&B team to create unique experiences for our guests.
  • Innovate: Introduce new dining concepts and apply sustainable cooking practices.
  • Mentor: Inspire and train culinary staff to uphold our standards of quality and creativity.
Qualifications:
You should have proven experience as a Head Chef, strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards, and excellent leadership skills. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Currently located in Jubail, Yanbu, or Dammam, or willing to relocate within 60 days.
