Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key accounts within an assigned geographic area to maximize revenue and achieve personal targets.
  • Prospect for new accounts and maintain detailed competitor knowledge.
  • Conduct site inspections and adhere to corporate standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in defining an annual sales action plan and budget preparation.
  • Document all sales actions and update databases regularly.
  • Participate in trade shows and promote other Kempinski Hotels.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • Education: University degree or hotel apprenticeship.
  • Experience: Minimum two years in a Sales role within a 4/5-star hotel.
  • Languages: Excellent English and local language skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Competencies: Strong planning, organization, adaptability, negotiation, and selling skills.
