Site Engineer

About the Role

Taj HR is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities at project sites in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring construction works adhere to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site teams for efficient task completion and adherence to required standards.
• Track project progress and ensure compliance with the established construction schedule.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and technical teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Inspect construction materials and completed works to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
• Monitor site requirements for materials, equipment, and tools, coordinating their availability as needed.
• Prepare daily and periodic site progress reports, detailing completed activities, challenges, and delays.
• Follow up on technical observations, corrective actions, and outstanding site issues.
• Maintain proper site organization, housekeeping, and material storage.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and report construction progress and operational challenges to the project management team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise construction activities effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.

Work Environment
