Role Overview

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, ensuring quality and consistency. This position requires direct interaction with customers, maintaining a positive experience, and contributing to the overall operational flow of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Starbucks standards.
• Handle food items, ensuring proper preparation and presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and processing transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and customer areas.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash and card payments.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 0-1 year in a customer service or retail environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong commitment to providing high levels of customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately.
