The Role of Broker Parts Sales Supervisor

Abdul Latif Jameel Motors is seeking a Broker Parts Sales Supervisor for a full-time position in Medina, Al Madinah. This role is central to achieving parts sales targets by developing new sales channels and managing the entire parts order cycle. The supervisor acts as a liaison between wholesalers/brokers and Abdul Latif Jameel, ensuring client satisfaction through timely parts availability and smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open new sales deals and cultivate strong relationships with clients.
  • Achieve established parts sales volume and targets.
  • Manage the parts sales cycle using the JSAP system, including re-invoicing orders to customers.
  • Issue PDR (Parts Discrepancy Report) requests in cases of order discrepancies reported by customers.
  • Ensure and follow up on timely parts delivery to customers as planned.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding PDRs and late deliveries.
  • Monitor client payment status, ensure timely collection, and maintain overdue payments at a minimum level.
  • Gather market feedback on parts campaigns and advise management accordingly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Daily Activities

  1. Collect wholesalers' requirements and communicate them to the parts warehouse via the JSAP system.
  2. Invoice orders using the SAP/ERP system, adhering to the established ordering process.
  3. Issue PDR Reports when discrepancies are reported by customers.
  4. Ensure and follow up on parts delivery to the customer as scheduled.
  5. Coordinate with the warehouse team for PDRs and/or late deliveries.
  6. Collect market insights on parts campaigns and provide recommendations to management.
  7. Maintain customer satisfaction levels.
  8. Monitor client payment status.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in using the JSAP system for managing parts sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cash collection and minimize overdue payments.

Work Environment and Authority

This position operates under close supervision, with authority primarily limited to the ordering system and process management. Decision-making is focused on the operational aspects of sales. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers and brokers, directly impacting sales performance and client satisfaction.
