About the Role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company that handles all applications and next steps. The company is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Creatio platform to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This role represents a significant opportunity for a Business Analyst experienced in CRM and Business Process Management platforms to contribute to key digital transformation initiatives. You will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions using the Creatio platform.
Nature of Work and Responsibilities
Within a collaborative and agile framework, you will participate in the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and process analysis to testing, deployment, and user acceptance. The role will allow you to explore low-code and no-code development technologies, workflow automation, and process improvement projects. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, improving user experiences, and successfully leading platform implementation projects in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Key Tasks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
- Evaluate and model current business processes, identifying key opportunities for improvement and automation through effective use of the Creatio platform.
- Configure and customize Creatio applications using low-code and no-code development tools to precisely meet defined business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive project support throughout its lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, thorough testing, deployment, and essential post-implementation support.
- Develop detailed user stories, define clear acceptance criteria, create comprehensive process documentation, and formulate effective test scenarios to ensure successful project delivery.
- Work closely and collaboratively with developers, QA specialists, and solution architects to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), actively gather feedback from users, and support end-user training initiatives to ensure seamless adoption.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate system documentation, process guides, and knowledge base materials.
- Promote and advocate for best practices related to no-code development, workflow automation, and optimal utilization of the Creatio ecosystem.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with a preference for experience in CRM, BPM, or enterprise application environments.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working directly with the Creatio platform, including experience with its CRM or Studio solutions.
- A strong foundational understanding of Business Process Management concepts, BPMN methodologies, core CRM principles, and workflow automation techniques.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, conducting effective workshops, creating detailed specifications, and skillfully managing stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and demonstrated experience participating in cross-functional project teams.
- Basic knowledge of low-code development principles and configuration capabilities within Creatio.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, robust problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The role offers flexible work arrangements, with the option to work remotely or from the office. The onboarding process is entirely remote.
