Business Development Supervisor

"Fannoon Al Jamaat" is a Saudi company specializing in launching and managing brands in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. We continuously build new concepts and develop our products and digital presence.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Supervisor (Part-time - Remote) to lead the growth of our brands from two main angles: product development and building presence on social media platforms. It's a hands-on and direct role where you will see the impact of your work on the brand and sales within weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a monthly content plan for brand accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) and monitor performance weekly.

• Coordinate with photographers, content creators, and influencers, and manage the shooting and publishing schedule.

• Contribute to product development: study competitors, suggest new items, and follow up on taste tests, pricing, and packaging.

• Analyze performance indicators (reach, engagement, conversion rate, item sales) and submit a monthly report with recommendations.

• Explore growth opportunities: partnerships, delivery platforms, events, and new locations.

• Monitor customer feedback and translate it into tangible improvements in the product and service.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or brand management — preferably in the Food & Beverage, restaurant, or cafe sector.

• Proficiency in managing social media accounts and their analytics tools.

• Good visual sense and the ability to write engaging Arabic content.

• Ability to work independently and manage time — the role is remote and measured by results, not hours of presence.

• Familiarity with design tools (Canva / Adobe) and basic editing is a plus.

Job Details

• Part-time – fully remote work, with a weekly online meeting and field visits as needed.

• Salary: 5,000 SAR per month.
