About the Role
This position is for an Events Lead (Monetization) role based in Saudi Arabia, representing a partner company. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue generation through strategic, relationship-driven events. The objective is to design and execute event programs that directly contribute to pipeline creation and accelerate enterprise deals, viewing each event as a structured revenue channel.
The role involves close collaboration with sales and partnerships teams to identify and engage key decision-makers, fostering commercial conversations. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute revenue-focused event strategies, including executive roundtables, curated industry sessions, and networking gatherings.
- Generate and accelerate qualified pipeline through strategic event-driven engagement, ensuring alignment with sales priorities.
- Manage the complete event-to-opportunity lifecycle, tracking conversion rates, attribution, and downstream revenue impact.
- Partner with sales leadership and partnerships teams to define event strategy, identify target accounts, and establish attendee profiles.
- Develop scalable and repeatable event frameworks for consistent pipeline generation.
- Analyze event performance metrics to optimize return on investment (ROI), engagement quality, and conversion rates.
- Translate event insights into actionable feedback to enhance sales and marketing alignment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation within a B2B or enterprise-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of pipeline generation methodologies and revenue attribution models tied to marketing or event activities.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing executive-level events such as roundtables, dinners, or industry-specific sessions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and conversion goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to measure event performance and optimize for ROI and pipeline impact.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple high-stakes events simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when interacting with senior executives and enterprise buyers.
