About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations within its hotels in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing key HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture, contributing to the overall guest experience through effective team member support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations.
• Lead employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to cultivate a positive workplace environment.
• Manage HR systems and compliance, including team member data management, tracking employment transitions, generating reports, and processing unemployment claims.
• Recruit, train, coach, supervise, and mentor HR team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and acknowledge achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
