Maden Hotels is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing all personnel affairs operations within the company.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager will provide overall supervision of all personnel affairs operations. This role ensures compliance with internal and external policies and regulations, while guiding the HR team to achieve high levels of efficiency and discipline. The manager will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the implementation of personnel management policies and procedures.
• Supervise HR team leaders and ensure the efficiency of daily operations.
• Review and follow up on employee contracts and renewals in accordance with regulations.
• Approve leaves, salaries, and end-of-service procedures in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to develop new policies and improve the work environment.
• Oversee the maintenance and confidentiality of employee files and documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports on department performance for direct management.
• Ensure the department's compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and other relevant authorities.
• Follow up on employee complaints and handle them according to official procedures.
• Safeguard company property and ensure its optimal use.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Sufficient knowledge of the development of HR regulations and systems.
• Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
