Program Overview and Career Pathway
This program is structured to provide comprehensive training and practical experience. Participants will undergo online training to gain a CIPD qualification, followed by full tutor support. Upon completion of the qualification, candidates will be introduced to a host company for a guaranteed remote internship. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full-time paid role within Human Resources or related fields such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or People Operations.
