About the Role

Le Meridien is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to join their team. This full-time role involves assisting in the oversight of human resources functions, particularly focusing on employee relations and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up actions.
  • Support management and leadership in handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Ensure all hiring and recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards.
  • Inform Human Resources management of any issues related to employee relations.
  • Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminate information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, such as interview documents and I-9s.
  • Assist in the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages as required.

Management Support and Compliance

  • Assist management with various employee lifecycle activities including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Adhere to all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information at all times.

Interpersonal and Operational Skills

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team in achieving common goals.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.

Physical Requirements and General Duties

  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in recruitment and human resources. This full-time position requires a professional who can effectively manage HR processes and support a dynamic team environment.
