The Role of Sales Specialist

Accountack is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This remote position focuses on generating new business opportunities, converting qualified prospects into clients, and expanding relationships with existing clients across Accountack’s service offerings, which include accounting, tax planning, and CFO advisory. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, comfortable engaging with business owners, understanding their financial challenges, presenting professional services, addressing objections, and guiding prospects through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery calls, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with business owners to understand their accounting, tax, and financial management needs.
• Present Accountack’s accounting, tax planning, and CFO advisory services clearly and professionally.
• Recommend appropriate service packages based on each prospect’s business needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, explaining pricing, scope of services, and engagement expectations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and close qualified sales opportunities.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
• Coordinate with Accountack’s internal accounting, tax, CFO, and client-success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of calls, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Monitor individual sales performance and work toward established revenue and conversion targets.
• Participate in ongoing sales and service training to maintain a strong understanding of Accountack’s offerings.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a motivated and results-driven professional with strong communication skills. Experience in sales, particularly within professional services or financial advisory, is beneficial. The role requires an individual who can effectively engage with business owners, understand their financial challenges, and present complex services clearly.
