The Role of Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting IDC’s portfolio of doors, windows, glass, aluminum, and metalwork solutions. The specialist will contribute to the company's growth by expanding its client base and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting client meetings to understand needs and present solutions.
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Following up on leads to convert prospects into active clients.
• Negotiating contracts in coordination with internal teams to finalize agreements.
• Collaborating with project, design, and operations staff to ensure accurate technical information, realistic timelines, and smooth order processing.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes.
• Participating in product training to enhance understanding of IDC’s offerings.
• Contributing to sales reporting and forecasting activities.
