Role Overview

As a Senior AI Solution Architect, you will define scalable architectures, guide technical strategy, and ensure AI systems are secure, reliable, and production-ready. This role combines deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, AI platforms, and modern software engineering practices. You will collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and technical stakeholders to shape innovative digital experiences, designing intelligent systems, agentic AI workflows, and data-driven solutions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture vision and technical direction for complex AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, engineering capabilities, and long-term scalability.
• Act as a trusted technical leader, driving architecture decisions, governance, and implementation standards across multidisciplinary teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture blueprints, system designs, data flow models, component structures, and API specifications across multiple delivery teams.
• Define, document, and defend key architectural decisions while evaluating technical constraints, risks, and long-term impacts.
• Lead architecture reviews with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency, scalability, and technical alignment.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including technology leaders and enterprise architecture teams, to build confidence in proposed solutions.
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to improving architectural practices, engineering quality, and innovation capabilities.

AI Solution Architecture Focus

• Design AI and agentic system architectures, including LLM orchestration, multi-agent workflows, routing strategies, memory management, and context handling.
• Architect retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, including vector databases, embedding pipelines, retrieval strategies, and real-time data integrations.
• Optimize AI systems by overseeing model selection, performance improvements, latency management, fallback strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
• Design modernization strategies for complex enterprise systems, including API enablement, legacy system transformation, and event-driven integrations.
• Establish secure and compliant AI architectures through threat modeling, auditability, governance frameworks, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Define cloud, DevSecOps, infrastructure, and security patterns that support scalable and cost-efficient AI operations.
