Join our team as a Safety Officer! At Yes Yem Yech for Industrial Services, we are committed to creating a safe working environment. As a Safety Officer, you will play a vital role in implementing and maintaining Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement OHS policies and programs.
• Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.
• Prepare educational seminars and webinars regularly.
• Review existing policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all rules and regulations.
• Work with HR on employee onboarding processes regarding safety.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
• Identify process bottlenecks and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations.
• Oversee workplace repairs and installations to ensure employee safety.

Qualifications:

• Creative thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in writing health and safety policies and procedures.

We are looking for candidates with medium level experience, specifically Saudi nationals.
