Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement OHS policies and programs.
- Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.
- Prepare educational seminars and webinars regularly.
- Review existing policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all rules and regulations.
- Work with HR on employee onboarding processes regarding safety.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
- Identify process bottlenecks and provide timely solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations.
- Oversee workplace repairs and installations to ensure employee safety.
Qualifications: - Creative thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in writing health and safety policies and procedures.
