Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to the General Manager, managing correspondence, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Curate complex schedules including meetings, travel, and VIP engagements.
- Represent the General Manager with professionalism in communications.
- Prepare executive-level reports and maintain meticulous records.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, forums, and special events.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Support special projects and leadership engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally within luxury hospitality.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and discreet when engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
